Our EPDM door and window sealing strips are made from virgin EPDM environmentally friendly raw materials, solving the problems of aging, shrinkage, and cracking at the source. The material is UV-resistant, withstands high and low temperatures, and is anti-aging. The sealing strips are molded to be compatible with our hinges, handles, and transmission locks. Precisely fits the 11.5mm standard frame-sash gap groove, ensuring a tight fit with the entire set of hardware. After the window sash is closed, the sealing strip is evenly pressed and filled. The gaps are eliminated, resolving the water seepage and air leakage problems caused by gaps between the frame and sash. The colloidal foam formulation has undergone multiple opening and closing tests, ensuring optimal softness and firmness.
This design avoids excessive pressure on the hardware, preventing deformation of the rubber strips that could cause the transmission lock to jam, and improves the overall water tightness and stability of the doors and windows. Also, it reduces the maintenance costs associated with frequent replacements and repairs in your project.
