Our polyurethane sandwich panels use high-quality PUR/PIR polyurethane core material paired with color steel panels of various specifications. The PIR thermal conductivity is less than or equal to 0.022W/(m·k), and the closed-cell rate is greater than or equal to 90%. The polyurethane edge sealing eliminates cold bridges and temperature leakage, resulting in long-term energy savings and reduced consumption in cold storage.
Our polyurethane core material has a density greater than or equal to 38 kg/m³, a compressive strength greater than 160 kJ, and a self-weight of only 10-14 kg/ m². High rigidity, strong load-bearing capacity, resistant to bending, and non-deformable. The polyurethane sandwich panel (PUR) achieves a B1 fire rating, while standard PUR is B2, and it does not melt at high temperatures. It melts and drips, meeting the requirements for fireproof building materials.
Our polyurethane sandwich panels have a water absorption rate of less than or equal to 0.2%, meaning they do not absorb water in any weather, do not delaminate, and adhere to more than 90% of outdoor exterior walls. Panel options include PE/SMP/HDP/PVDF fluorocarbon steel, stainless steel, and more. They are resistant to salt spray and aging, and are less prone to moisture absorption, water seepage, and corrosion. This significantly reduces the later maintenance and repair costs for your construction projects.

Our polyurethane sandwich panels have a PIR thermal conductivity of less than or equal to 0.022 W/(m・K), a fire rating of B1, and are resistant to high temperatures and flame retardancy. Our PUR panels also have a PUR of less than or equal to 0.024 W/(m・K), a B2 fire rating, and offer excellent value for money.
