Our escape window hardware is made of high-heat-resistant zinc alloy and high-quality die-cast aluminum, and is equipped with fire-retardant EPDM sealing strips. It is corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant. The product undergoes a triple surface treatment process of high-temperature passivation, electrostatic fireproof powder coating, and hard anodizing. The accessories are hardened and can withstand Class B fire for up to 60 minutes. The structure is stable at high temperatures, eliminating the problems of high-temperature failure, moisture corrosion, jamming, and inability to open and close the hardware from the source of materials.
Our complete set of escape window transmission hardware has undergone rigorous fire resistance and opening/closing tests. It is equipped with a 74℃ constant temperature fuse-type temperature-sensitive window closer, which is mandatory for escape windows with a height of 600mm or more. When the temperature rises to 74℃, the temperature sensing element automatically melts at the critical temperature, triggering automatic window closing and locking with one button. The action is sensitive and smooth, and there will be no failure of the temperature sensor. Outward-opening windows are equipped with JFZ02 anti-detachment devices as standard. Combined with the temperature-sensitive window closer, the mechanical locking is pre-locked, preventing the window sash from falling or pulling, which could cause the locking point to come loose. It meets the fire protection acceptance standards of your building project.

Our escape window hardware includes a JFCKG03 lock base for inward opening and a JHY30 concealed hinge, while outward opening uses a JFCXG03 dedicated lock base, JHY35 hinge, and a JFZ02 anti-detachment device. The connecting rod models are also differentiated between the inward-opening JFCH series and the outward-opening JFCHNB series, as their structures and dimensions are different and cannot be used interchangeably.
Our JFCH series of escape window hardware features 304 stainless steel transmission rods specifically designed for fire-resistant windows. It is available in two main series: inward-opening JFCH03/JFCH04 and outward-opening JFCHNB. Standard lengths of 800mm, 1000mm, and 1200mm are readily available, allowing you to choose the appropriate length based on the actual width of the window sash. Custom sizes are also available upon request. The hardware is heat-resistant and will not deform.
Our escape window hardware, including handles, lock bases, linkages, and hinges, is all available for individual ordering, making it convenient for repairing and replacing old windows.
