We use 304 and 316 grades, which do not rust under normal use. If rust spots appear, they are most likely caused by surface contamination from dust, iron particles, or acids and alkalis. In coastal or heavily polluted areas, we recommend cleaning and maintenance every three months.
Substances such as lime water, wall paint strippers, stove cleaners, and strong acid cleaners containing methylene oxide must be strictly kept away from the stainless steel surface. If accidental contact occurs, immediately rinse the area with plenty of soapy water and clean water.
If glue or adhesive residue remains on the stainless steel pipe, it can be removed using alcohol or organic solvents (such as ether or benzene) mixed with warm water. However, if the adhesive has been exposed to light and air for an extended period and has hardened, mechanical cleaning with 800-1200 grit sandpaper and toothpaste is recommended.
