Our door and window sliding supports are made of SUS304 stainless steel, with key load-bearing parts thickened by 3.0mm. They are integrally stamped and formed without seams. The sliding supports undergo salt spray passivation anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring they will not rust or jam in humid, coastal, or rainy environments. They have a self-positioning force of ≥40N, preventing them from opening by wind, and can withstand 1500N of external force when closed, resisting typhoons and wind pressure. They have also passed 35,000 repeated opening and closing tests, with a gap of less than 1.5mm after repeated opening and closing, ensuring they will not sag or fail to close properly even after long-term use.

Our technicians design load-bearing gradients based on a safety factor of 1.3 (window weight). For small residential windows, we offer lightweight, groove-free sliding supports weighing 28-50kg; for standard projects, 55-80kg; and for large curtain wall/floor-to-ceiling windows, 95-180kg heavy-duty/sliding sliding supports. We have models available for everything from 400mm narrow windows to 3000mm ultra-high floor-to-ceiling windows.
